- 1 packages Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1/2 cup of nut milk
- 1 1/2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice or water blend until smooth
