Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple chunks
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 oz. butter, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together pineapple and cheese. Set aside.
- Mix together sugar and flour.
- Add to the fruit and cheese mixture.
- Spread mixture in an 8 x 11-inch or a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- Spread crushed crackers over top.
- Pour melted butter over all.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serves 12.
