Ingredients

  • 2 large cans pineapple chunks
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 oz. butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix together pineapple and cheese. Set aside.
  • Mix together sugar and flour.
  • Add to the fruit and cheese mixture.
  • Spread mixture in an 8 x 11-inch or a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
  • Spread crushed crackers over top.
  • Pour melted butter over all.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Serves 12.
