Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) chunk pineapple (drain and save juice)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
Method
- Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
- Spread pineapple in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
- Combine sugar, juice, and flour in small saucepan.
- Bring to boil and stir 5 minutes.
- Pour over pineapple.
- Top with cheese.
- Melt butter and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers.
- Sprinkle over pineapple.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 25 minutes.
