Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Method
- Reserve 1 cup pecans.
- Blend remaining ingredients with the softened cream cheese.
- Chill mixture, then shape into a ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining 1 cup pecans.
