Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 pork chops (1 lb.)
- 2 oz. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. thyme, crushed
- 6 whole small white onions
- 1 c. sliced carrots
Method
- In skillet, brown pork chops and mushrooms with butter or oil. Pour off fat.
- Stir in soup, water, thyme, onion and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve over wide noodles.
- (Easy to increase ingredients for more servings.)
