Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
- Add 3 tablespoons flour to the sugar.
- Stir in juice and mix well.
- Fold in pineapple and cheese; mix well.
