Ingredients

  • 6 sheets or 1 box lasagna
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 3 large cans tomato sauce (29 oz)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 7 1/2 tablespoons dry onions
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons basil
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon margoran
  • 2 lbs ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb mozorella cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes.
  • Put sauce in bottom of 1 pan, put layer of pasta, sauce, cheese mix, repeat 2 more times.
