- 6 sheets or 1 box lasagna
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 3 large cans tomato sauce (29 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 7 1/2 tablespoons dry onions
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 1/4 teaspoons basil
- 2 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon margoran
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 lb mozorella cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes.
- Put sauce in bottom of 1 pan, put layer of pasta, sauce, cheese mix, repeat 2 more times.
