Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
- Mix well the pineapple chunks, flour, sugar and cheese.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with crushed crackers. Drizzle margarine over the crackers.
- Heat at 350° for 30 minutes.
