Ingredients
- 4 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold lemon juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened sliced apples, well drained
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. boiling unsweetened apple juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Soften gelatin in cold lemon juice in blender container for 4 minutes.
- Add boiling apple juice and blend on high speed until all gelatin granules are dissolved.
- Add salt, undrained apples, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Fill jars, cover and chill.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Yields about 3 1/4 cups.
