Ingredients
- 2 large (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (reserve 3 Tbsp. liquid)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Mix pineapple and cheese in bowl.
- Mix flour and sugar. Combine two mixtures and place in casserole.
- Cover with cracker crumbs and pour melted margarine or butter over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (uncovered).
- Can be frozen.
- Serve hot or cold.
