Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all ingredients and blend up to 30 seconds or in the blender.
- Stir after 15 seconds.
- Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
