Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. new red potatoes (small ones)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. heavy whip cream
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. swiss cheese shredded
Method
- Slice potatoes, place in 9 by 9 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix whip cream with chicken broth, pour over potatoes.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake 30 more minutes, adding cheese the last ten minutes.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Bake at 350°.
