Ingredients

  • 1 Della Robbia Ice Ring (optional)
  • 20 ounces frozen strawberries (2 pk;Strawberries are to be the ones frozen in syrup)
  • 3 cups apricot nectar, Chilled
  • 3 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed (no water added)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, Chilled

Method

  • Prepare Ice Ring, if used in advance.
  • In a blender container, puree straw- berries.
  • In punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar,water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dis- solves.
  • Slowly pour in ginger ale; add Della Robbia Ice Ring, if desired.
