Ingredients
- 2 c. crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Chicken breast
Method
- Place rice and cereal in a plastic bagg and crush.
- Add in wheat germ, Seasoning, paprika and salt to cereal.
- In bowl, cook butter on high.
- Brush chicken with butter.
- Cover chicken with cereal mix.
- Cook on high 12 to 14 min.
- 252 calories; 27 grams protein, 11 grams of fat.
