  • 1 cup Bread Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, Chopped Small
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 12 ounces, fluid Ale Or Lager Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan generously with a nonstick spray. Set aside.

  • The bread will keep in an airtight container or sealed tightly with plastic wrap for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
