Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
- 1/2 c. celery tops
- 3 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. mixed pickling spices (tied in a piece of cheesecloth)
Method
- Cover shrimp with boiling water; add celery tops, spices and salt.
- Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
- Drain, cool with cold water.
- Peel and devein under cold water.
