Ingredients
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pickling salt
- 1 onion, sliced (optional)
- 2 cans red beets and liquid
Method
- Heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.
- Pour in jar; add hard-boiled eggs.
- Store at room temperature.
