- 2 cans black-eyed peas, drained well
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Method
- Heat all ingredients, except peas and onions.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour over peas and onions, which have been mixed together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate.
