Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) sliced peaches
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 whole allspice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- Drain peaches in saucepan.
- Set peaches aside.
- To juice, add sugar, vinegar, cloves, allspice and cinnamon stick and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour over peaches in heat-proof bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
