Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz.) cans Vienna sausages
- 1 egg, beaten
- 13 Nabisco Premium saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- catsup
Method
- Dip sausage in egg.
- Combine saltine crumbs with chili powder. Roll sausages in saltine mixture to coat evenly.
- Insert toothpick in on end of each sausage.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes until hot.
- Serve with catsup as dip. Makes 14 sticks.
