Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. tomato puree
- 1 c. water
Method
- Cook onion and garlic until tender.
- Add flour.
- Blend.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
