Ingredients

  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts
  • Option 2
  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

  • Mix all ingredients with a fork or wooden spoon (do not use electric mixer or blender).
  • Use as a topping on fresh fruit, or as an accompaniment to sponge cakes or butter cakes.
