Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 4 oz. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (regular, not instant)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Grease with margarine a 10 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Place nuts on bottom.
- Partially thaw in refrigerator for several hours the bread dough; slice and place over nuts.
- Make slices about 1-inch thick. Mix dry pudding mix, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle over dough.
- Place 6 tablespoons margarine randomly on top in chucks. Cover with dish towel and let stand overnight on counter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Invert on tray and serve.
