Ingredients
- 1 deep dish graham cracker crust
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon rind
- 3 eggs
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Method
- Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon juice and rind, mixing at medium speed or in food processor until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time; keep mixing.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake at 300°.
- Start checking for doneness after 45 minutes.
- Cool, garnish with pie filling and serve.
