Ingredients
- 3 lb. potatoes
- 1- clove garlic
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil potatoes with garlic in water.
- Mash potatoes.
- Add butter, egg yolks, cream, mushrooms and parsley.
- Turn into greased baking dish.
- Bake until browned. Serves 8.
