Ingredients
- 1 container cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) c. Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 or 1/2 c. water
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
- 1 tsp. lemon
Method
- Mix with a spoon or electric whipper the cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar and water.
- Mix until creamy.
- Pour the filling into the graham crust.
- Put either cherry or blueberry filling spread on top.
- Refrigerate.
