Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado, I used Hass variety
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Confectionary Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Agave Necter
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamon Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Gojee Berry, or as required

Method

  • Blend the avocado, cream of coconut, half & half, confectionary sugar, agave nectar, cardamon powder and lemon juice.
  • Transfer this mixture into your ice-cream maker and follow the machine instructions.
  • Garnish with some Gojee berries and serve as soft ice-cream or freeze and serve after few hours.
