- 4 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 4 c. fresh cauliflower florets
- 2 c. unthawed frozen peas
- 2 stalks celery, thinly chopped
- 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Wash and rinse veggies.
- Place veggies in a big bowl.
- Add cheese and mix well; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Mix the sauce with the veggies before ready to serve so veggies stay crisp!
