Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1/4 lb. ground veal
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. 1% milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix together meat.
  • Blend in bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and oil.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.
  • Roll into meat balls.
  • Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until done.
  • Serve with Pete's famous sauce!
