Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 to 6 chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (12 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Place first 5 ingredients into a bag and mix.
- Place chops in and shake.
- Brown chops in oil.
- Add juice from pineapple chunks and add vinegar.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cook at low heat at least 40 minutes.
- Add pineapple and warm.
