Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- bacon (optional)
Method
- Combine bread crumbs and milk with egg and salmon.
- Form into loaf and bake at 350° until browned.
- Bacon strips may be placed on top of loaf when loaf is put in oven.
- When done, place on platter and pour green peas around loaf and serve.
