Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
- Put pulp into mixing bowl.
- Add eggs.
- Beat thoroughly.
- Add sugar and beat. Add flour mixture.
- Mix well.
- Add oil, then fold in nuts.
- Put into a greased pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
