Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned (makes 8 pieces)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 3/4 to 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Method
- Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- Mix soup and water; pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle dressing mix on top.
- Drizzle melted margarine over top.
- Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
