Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- 4 c. beef bouillon broth
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Method
- Cut meat into thin strips.
- Brown garlic in oil, remove and add meat.
- Cook meat until brown.
- Add liquid, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
