Ingredients
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 c. water or apple juice
- 1/3 c. raisins
Method
- Mix brown sugar, mustard and flour.
- Add vinegar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
- Stir in water and raisins.
- Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Serve hot over ham, sliced. Makes 10 servings.
