Ingredients
- 25 to 30 peppers (1/2 sweet yellow banana and 1/2 hot red or green)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 5 medium onions
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Method
- Grind vegetables together and mix in remainder of ingredients. Cook on low heat 1 1/2 hours.
- Put in clean, hot, 1/2 pint jars. Seal.
- Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
