- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tall can Milnot (13 oz.), whipped
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thick. Cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
- Add gelatin and blend well.
- Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and oleo together.
- Put 2/3 on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Add the filling; sprinkle with rest of graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Chill several hours.
- Cut in squares and serve plain or garnish with fruit.
