Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tall can Milnot (13 oz.), whipped
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thick. Cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
  • Add gelatin and blend well.
  • Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and oleo together.
  • Put 2/3 on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Add the filling; sprinkle with rest of graham cracker crumbs on top.
  • Chill several hours.
  • Cut in squares and serve plain or garnish with fruit.
