Ingredients
- 12 red sweet peppers
- 12 green sweet peppers
- 12 onions
- 12 small green tomatoes
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Grind sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes.
- Place in a large kettle.
- Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour into hot jars.
- Seal immediately.
- Makes 9 to 10 pints.
