Ingredients
- 3 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 cans pie filling (cherry, blueberry)
Method
- With a mixer, whip together first 4 ingredients.
- Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of foil baking cup. Fill 1/2 of each with cheese mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
- Cool.
- Cover with pie filling and place in refrigerator.
