Ingredients
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. bell pepper (red and green), ground
- 1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
- 1 bottle fruit pectin (Certo)
Method
- In saucepan, blend sugar, vinegar and peppers.
- Bring to a hard boil; boil 3 minutes.
- Add liquid pectin; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Cool 6 minutes.
- Pour into jars and seal.
