- 2 or 3 lb. venison
- 6 diced potatoes
- 4 diced carrots
- 3 diced onions
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can peas
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Cook meat, basil and Italian seasoning until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients but salt.
- Cook until tender.
- Add your salt now to taste.
- Very good.
