- 3 c. boned and chopped chicken
- 1 box long grain wild rice
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small jar pimentos, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 2 Tbsp. onions
Method
- Cook rice in chicken broth until done.
- Cook onions until tender.
- Drain.
- Drain everything real good and mix together.
- Put in 2-quart casserole and cook for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
