Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. pecans (finely chopped)
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Cream butter or margarine, sugar, and vanilla for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in flour and pecans just until blended.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
- Let cool and sprinkle on powdered sugar.
