Ingredients
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 tbsp. fat, butter
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. dry instant mashed potato flakes
Method
- Chop the onion.
- Put into large pan with fat.
- Cook till onion is tender.
- Add in lowfat milk and salt.
- Heat just to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in flakes.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 6, 1 c. servings.
