Ingredients
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 3/4 c. pecan halves
Method
- Cook the first 5 ingredients over low heat; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add the pecan halves.
- Boil slowly, stirring often, until candy reaches soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir until it begins to thicken, then drop on waxed paper.
