Ingredients
- 6 oz.cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. chopped chicken
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Method
- Use crescent rolls; divide into 8 rectangles. Roll out thin. Use mixer and blend cream cheese, butter and milk.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Put mixture (small amount) on each rectangle. Fold over and seal. Can dampen edges with water to make a good seal. Brush rectangles with melted butter and roll in crushed cracker crumbs.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
