Ingredients

  • 6 oz.cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. chopped chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento

Method

  • Use crescent rolls; divide into 8 rectangles. Roll out thin. Use mixer and blend cream cheese, butter and milk.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Put mixture (small amount) on each rectangle. Fold over and seal. Can dampen edges with water to make a good seal. Brush rectangles with melted butter and roll in crushed cracker crumbs.
  • Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
