Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Cream butter
- and sugar.
- Add eggs 1 at a time and beat well after
- each.
- Add
- vanilla.
- Add
- corn syrup and mix just long enough
- to mix.
- Stir in pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes until set (center will not jiggle). This pie is not real sweet.
