Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Blue Label Karo syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Mix eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, sugar and butter.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400°. Turn oven down to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
