Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 18 vanilla wafers (Nabisco Nilla)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Put cupcake liners in cupcake pans (18).
- Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Fill liners 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375°.
- Remove from oven and put 1 tablespoon cherry filling on top when cool. Refrigerate.
