Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. colored Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. shelled pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Combine sugar, syrup and melted butter.
- Add beaten eggs and pecans to syrup mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake in 375° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Makes 9-inch pie.
